Our contact forms do not store data on our servers. They use the 'mailto' protocol to pass your message to your system's default email app. If nothing happens when you click 'Send', your browser may not have a default email client configured.

Technical Solutions

  • Ensure an email app (like Outlook, Mail, or Gmail) is set as your OS default.
  • If on a public computer, copy the data manually and send it from your personal webmail.
  • Check if your browser is blocking pop-ups or external application requests.
  • Try a different browser if the 'mailto' link fails to trigger.
